Items from the collection are on display at the centre <strong>J\u00e1n Lazor\u00edk<\/strong>, who endeavoured to bring together as many exhibits as possible in this space to showcase the folk traditions of the picturesque \u0160ari\u0161 region. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A venue brimming with culture and traditions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The centre\u2019s grounds are home to several typical examples of folk architecture, such as authentic wooden granaries and a restored traditional log cabin, furnished inside with authentic folk furniture. There is also a crafts courtyard, where craft and technical tools relating to various activities are on display, and an exhibition of traditional costumes can be viewed in the village hall. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Annual festival<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>An integral part of the festival is the wooden amphitheatre with a covered stage, where, every year on the second weekend in August, the following takes place: <strong>Upper Torysian Folk Festival<\/strong>.
