{"id":699,"date":"2026-07-08T10:00:49","date_gmt":"2026-07-08T08:00:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pohoriecergov.sk\/?post_type=poi&#038;p=699"},"modified":"2026-07-13T13:34:23","modified_gmt":"2026-07-13T11:34:23","slug":"strom-lasky","status":"publish","type":"poi","link":"https:\/\/pohoriecergov.sk\/en\/poi\/strom-lasky\/","title":{"rendered":"The Tree of Love"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The first written mention of the village <strong>Jakubov\u00e1 Vo\u013ea<\/strong> A document from 1315 states that in 1312, King Charles Robert of Anjou granted the nobleman Rikolf, amongst other things, a forest south of the village of \u010cervenica, on the right bank of the Torysa, in recognition of his military service. Work soon began on building a village on the donated land. The village was named Jakubova Ves (Jacabfolua).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To the south of Jakubova Vo\u013ea lies a hill with a distinctive plateau, known locally as <strong>Hradisko<\/strong>. In the past, during the Great Moravian period, there was a fortified settlement there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today, a much-visited tree also attracts attention in the village.
