Ski resort SKI Lysá is situated 25 km north of Prešov, above the town of Sabinov.
The SKI LYSÁ resort enjoys a unique location right in the heart of the Čergov Mountains. In winter, there is a ski run accessible via a chairlift. Lysá is one of the highest peaks in the Čergov Mountains and, at an altitude of 1,067 metres above sea level, offers panoramic views of the surrounding countryside whilst skiing and, in good weather, even of the High Tatras.
Winter sports
The centre offers four groomed slopes with a combined length of over 6 km, which are suitable for both advanced skiers and beginners. When snow conditions are good, it will be possible to ski on up to seven runs. The new snowmaking system guarantees snow throughout the winter season, and the north-west-facing slope also works in our favour. Conversely, the south-facing orientation of the new restaurant terrace is perfect for enjoying drinks and meals close to the slope. Snowboarders, cross-country skiers and ski mountaineers will also find plenty to enjoy.
Trails and hiking in the heart of the forest
SKI LYSÁ underwent major changes in 2020 with the aim of promoting tourism in this part of the municipality of Drienica. The chairlift has undergone a complete refurbishment and, in addition to the winter season, now operates during the summer months as well, usually at weekends. The village of Drienica, with the peak of Lysá, is a popular destination for hikers and offers cyclists a number of recreational and adrenaline-fuelled trail cycling routes.
On the resort grounds, you will find The Šport Mountain Lodge, which offers accommodation as well as a restaurant and an outdoor terrace.

Ski Lysá is situated in the Čergov Mountains above the village of Drienica, not far from Sabinov. The resort is particularly popular in winter, when it offers skiing in a woodland setting and access via a chairlift from Drienica to Lysá.
You can reach the resort by car via the village of Drienica, where the lower cable car station and visitor car parks are located. During the summer season, the area is also ideal for hiking, cycling and trips to enjoy the views of Čergov and the surrounding countryside.
