Lysá in the mountains Chergov It is a favourite spot for lovers of mountain biking, trail cycling and family cycling trips. At the leisure centre Ski Lysá Cyclists will find a range of routes of varying difficulty – from easy family circuits to more technical single tracks for more experienced riders.
Adrenaline-fuelled trails
For fans of trail riding, there are trails with natural surfaces, banked bends, undulations, technical sections and downhill stretches. Easier Flow Trail – Wild Flow / Jump Trail It is 2.5 km long and has been designed to be smooth, fun and manageable even for less experienced mountain bikers. More experienced riders can try AM Starbike Trail which is 2.65 km long, runs along steeper slopes and features jumps, drops, gaps, rock gardens and wooden bridges. The most challenging route is DH Trail, 1.5 km long, designed for advanced riders and fans of enduro and downhill.
Family cycle routes
Lysá also offers easier family cycle routes. Lysá Circuit It starts at the top station of the cable car, continues towards the mountain hut at Okrúhla and, via the historic settlement of Baranie, returns to the Šport chalet. It is 5.3 km long and takes approximately 35 minutes. It is also suitable for families with children and beginners Lysá Family Trail, 4.2 km long, which runs from the area below the Lysanka Hotel towards the car park by the chairlift. Along the route, you can also turn off towards the viewpoint in the old quarry.
Visitors can access the trails via the village of Drienica, where the lower station of the chairlift and the car park are located. The chairlift allows you to transport your bike comfortably to the higher parts of the resort, where several trails begin. All trails are designed for mountain bikes; riding is at your own risk and a helmet is compulsory. When riding, you must follow the signposting, respect other visitors and observe the rules for behaviour in the forest.
